Branch no. 2: The ‘Gernot Nussbächer’ Info-Documentary Center

It was reopened on June 6, 2011 in the Noua district, previously based in the civic center area, then in the Tractorul district. The book collection includes over 47,000 volumes, for adults and children alike.
